Pink Pill Podcast

Welcome to The Pink Pill! A podcast from Noor, hosted by Mahnoor Mahar.

Across the series, Mahnoor speaks to researchers, writers, organisers and thinkers trying to make sense of the world we are living through now, from fascism and fundamentalism to migration, digital authoritarianism, anti-rights and anti-gender politics, disinformation, moral panic, climate and ecofascism, war, genocide and the politics of power. Rooted in Noor’s work as a global feminist think-and-do tank, Pink Pill asks what the far right is building, how it organises across different contexts, and what it might take to imagine and build something beyond the world as it currently is.

We invite you to join us for conversations that ask difficult questions, challenge familiar narratives and make room for perspectives we don’t often hear. Tune in to The Pink Pill and be part of the conversation.

About the Host

Project Lead and Pink Pill Podcast Host and Producer, Mahnoor Mahar is a researcher and filmmaker working at the intersections of visual storytelling and anti-colonial political resistance. She runs Khamoshi Films, a collective that creates film productions aimed at opposing the dominant gaze – telling stories that are rarely heard, made by the people they are about. Her work is grounded in the belief that feminism is not an identity, but a tool – one that can be used to resist extraction and imagine otherwise. Sindhi by heritage and heart, Mahnoor’s research and creative practice are shaped by a deep love for the River Indus and a commitment to South–South solidarities. She is passionate about building networks of collaboration and care beyond the ‘Global North’.
